Here, at the long table, we will serve delightful French refreshments from the Alsace region. Our chef Henrik, in collaboration with Mitt Lille Frankrike, will be joined by the French author and food expert Leïla Martin. Leïla is a true ambassador of Alsace cuisine, blending tradition and creativity in her recipes. Through her popular blog, Je Vais Vous Cuisiner, she shares her love for the authentic flavors of Alsace and inspires thousands of readers with her stories and field reports.

Winemaker Albert Seltz, also known as the knight of the Sylvaner grape, is a winemaker from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Mittelbergheim. He will visit Havhotellet, bringing his wines to the table and sharing stories from Alsace, about winemaking and the wines we will taste.
